Participation fee
The fee includes all bus transfers to Dresden and Leipzig and 5 nights in double rooms and full board.
All international participants (without German bank account) need to cover any foreign bank transfer costs themselves.
Please note:
Travel expenses and insurances (travel/instrument etc.) must be fully covered by the participants.
Refund of participation fee is not possible, only in case of restrictions because of the pandemic (force majeur)

The selection of the participants is made by the organizer in consultation with the section leaders and the artistic director. The following principles will be applied:
- The selection will be made after the application deadline.
- The order in which applications are received is irrelevant.
- Musical quality and the greatest possible intercultural exchange are the most important principles for the selection of participants.
- The instrumentation of particularly demanding wind parts is determined primarily by the professional assessment of the instructors.
- Some wind positions are doubled.
Conditions of participation
Your application represents an offer on the terms that apply. Our confirmation of this offer constitutes an acceptance, whereby the contract of participation is concluded. Your participation therefore becomes binding and the payment of the participation fee is due. Your personal data, which you make available to us during the registration, are necessary for the conclusion of the contract with us (participation in the project). You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, we cannot organise your participation in the project without the provision of your personal data.
The processing of the data that you provide to us on registration is required for fulfilling the contract according to the EU GDPR. Find our privacy policy at https://bthvn2021.com/privacy-policy/.
With your application, you agree on audio and visual media being made in connection with the project, including its reproduction and publication or broadcasting; any rights arising from this will be transferred to the organiser. By submitting your application, you agree to the disclosure of your name, instrument, place of residence and e-mail address among the participants and lecturers (e.g. for the organization of carpools). You can object to this disclosure until the application deadline. Please note that only the German version of the conditions of participation / privacy policy is legally binding.
